The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar (Saharsa) P.S. Case No.622 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 325, 324, 307, 509, 504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the unexplained inordinate delay in institution of the complaint pursuant to which the FIR has been instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
