The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 379, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulted to the informant and his wife. It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with Banti Singh @ Rana Navin Singh snatched Mangalsutra from the neck of the informant's wife.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.313 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 For the occurrence of 21.08.2015 at 7.00 A.M. the First Information Report was registered on 21.08.2015 at 9.30 A.M. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent Considering the delayed lodging of the case, petitioner being a lady and there is no specific accusation of assault against her, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
