JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and she is aged about 83 years.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is an old lady and there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51396 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 123/16, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
