13-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 25.

The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 01-04-2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2439 of 2006, whereby the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority in terms of Section 14 (A) of the Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954 and thereafter, a direction was given to resolve the dispute.

In compliance with the order of the writ court, a show cause was filed on behalf of District Magistrate, Gopalganj and a

Patna High Court MJC No.4620 of 2014 (3) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 reasoned order, passed by the District Magistrate, has been brought on record, as Annexure 'A' to the show cause. After examining the order, the Court is of the opinion that opposite parties have complied the order of the writ court. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the District Magistrate or he feels that still any grievance exists, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
