The petitioners, in the present case, are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 72/2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 337 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. In the facts and circumstances where specific allegations are there against the petitioner no. 1 and 3 of causing assault which resulted in five injuries on the body of Sheo Shankar Yadav and two injuries on the informant's son and further specific allegation against the petitioner no. 2 Rash Bihari Yadav that he caught hold of the informant's wife and pulled her Saree due to which she became naked, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50575 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 bail to the petitioners in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 72/2017.
