Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52529 of 2017 and further vide order dated 1.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46517 of 2018, this application has been filed for grant of provisional bail on the ground of marriage of his daughter to be solemnized on 6.5.2019 and Tilak ceremony on 1.5.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make such application before the learned court concerned/trial court to that effect, who will verify the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner about the marriage of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27003 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 daughter and if it is found true, he will release the petitioner on provisional bail in connection with B.P.No.1310 of 2017 in Sessions Trial No.26 of 2018 arising out of Garkha P.S.Case No.236 of 2017 for the period of 15 days to his own satisfaction .

With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
