This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paraiya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148,323,379,353,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the First Information Report that employees of South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited had gone to the place of occurrence for correcting the supply of Electricity, which was disrupted because of some technical reasons. It is alleged in the First Information Report that the villagers including these petitioners abused the employees of the Company and assaulted them. They are also said to have snatched some articles from them.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners while denying the allegation made in the First Information Report, has submitted that the petitioners shall maintain good conduct in future and shall never indulge in such activities. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners above-named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in Paraiya P. S. Case No. 95 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
