Sinha, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. Asha Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Khare, learned APP for the State.

2. This application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 315 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He is in custody since 28.11.2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

3. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27868 of 2021.

4. In courser of hearing, this Court has been informed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28554 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 by learned counsel for the informant that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined in course of trial.

5. However, Mr. D.K. Sinha, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that as per his instruction, all witnesses have not been examined, but he is not sure about it. 6.

Having regard to the above-mentioned developments, this Court finds no reason to entertain this application. Prayer is refused.

7. The trial court is expected to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from today.
