In view of the fact that O.P. No.2 has refused to accept notice, the matter is being heard on its own merit. The sole ground taken for cancellation of bail is that Opposite Party No.2, Smt. Krishna Devi, was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.35737 of 2017, vide order dated 16.08.2017, on false pretext and that she had suppressed that in Title Suit No.64 of 1995, there was an order of status quo. It is thus prayed that this Court may cancel the order of bail as the Opposite Party No.2 is a dishonest lady.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon consideration of the facts and circumstances, this Court is
