Apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2016 registered under sections 341, 504, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application is filed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is stated that the petitioner has privilege of Police bail. He would surrender and seek bail in the light of the decision rendered in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2004 (3) PLJR 491.
