It is accepted by the petitioner that encroachment in front of his house from the public land has been removed, which fact is also confirmed by Respondent no.8 and Circle Officer, Bochha. Respondent no.8 is, however, warned not to encroach the public land once again and if he does so, it shall be obligatory for the Circle Officer to remove the encroachment on his own, failing which
Patna High Court MJC No.1219 of 2015 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court so that appropriate action may again be taken for the wrong committed by Respondent no.8. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is disposed of.
