The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dinara P.S. Case No. 328/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Chhotan Chaudhary about one and half years ago but the accused persons killed his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant got information that his daughter was killed.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26598 of 2016 (3) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 is father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioners. Petitioners are separate from the husband of the deceased and they have no manner of concern with the husband of the deceased and her family. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are brother-in-law, mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
