JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the cleaner and driver of the truck of the informant parked the truck and went to ease out when the truck went missing. Subsequently, the mobile phone of the driver and cleaner was found being used by the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.184 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 305 of 2013 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. Patnacity. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
