ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 354, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is history of litigation between the parties and a case and counter with regard to the same occurrence has been filed by both the sides. It is further submitted that the injury, purported to have been inflicted on the family members of the informant, has been found to be simple in nature.

No.47547 of 2016 (2) dt.18-11-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
