The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case and after completion of investigation, the police found the allegation against the petitioners to be false and, as such, while chargesheeting others the petitioners were not sent up for trial, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26292 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
