This application has been filed for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner on the ground of marriage of his daughter fixed on 4.5.2019 and Tilak is fixed on 30.4.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner file such an application before the learned trial court, who will verify the aforesaid submission of the petitioner and if satisfied, he will pass an appropriate order within one week, without being prejudiced by the earlier order of rejection of this Court.
