2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 dated 14.01.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Mr. Akash Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties are agnates, there is case and counter-case in between them and from the petitioner's side his father has sustained grievous injury in the alleged occurrence of free fight which took place in between both the parties. It is further submitted that as per FIR, the allegation against this petitioner is of having snatched a gold locket worth rupees seven thousand from the neck of the informant's husband except this, there is no specific allegation against him and other

It is further submitted that the petitioner is a young person having no criminal antecedent and has been languishing jail since 08.12.2023 and the petitioner's grand father namely, Deep Chand Yadav, has been granted bail vide order dated 29.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32093 of 2023 and one co-accused namely, Ram Tahal Yadav, father of this petitioner, has also been granted bail by this Bench vide order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44015 of 2023.
4. Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
