NATH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard Mr. Tiwary, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-respondents. The prayer in this application is for modification in the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in C.R. No. 184 of 2013 to the extent that in page-2 of the order dated 14.10.2015 in the 3rd line from the last, the amount of Rs. 315375/- has been mentioned but the further amount of Rs. 7,98,167/- has not been mentioned although the later amount was the corrected amount which is also apparent from the award of the tribunal at page 7 and 8. The learned counsel for the State-respondents has raised no objection to the prayer for modification as abovementioned. In this view of the matter, this application is allowed and the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in C.R. No. 184 of 2013 is modified to the extent that in the 3rd line from the last, in page 2 of

Patna High Court MJC No.528 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 the said order, the amount of Rs. 7,98,167/- shall be mentioned in brackets, after the words Rs. 315375/-, along with the words "the amount which has been subsequently corrected by the petitioner". (V. Nath, J) Devendra/- U
