The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 302 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49665 of 2017 (4) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
