Learned counsel for the State submits that the final form has been submitted in this case and stated that the case was found true but no clue (lq=ghu).

Hence, having regard to the fact that the final form has been submitted, the petitioner may pursue her remedy before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabd may proceed on protest or after hearing cognizance may be taken or the petitioner may pray under Section 173(8) for further investigation.
