The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 504, 354 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of farsa and co-accused Yogeshwar Das on back portion of neck by means of hasua over the property dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to property dispute. Admittedly, a partition suit between the

Both the petitioner and informant happens to be own brother. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
