2. The petitioner has a grievance that over the land belonging to him, Respondent No.8 is making construction under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme for construction of road. The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application, can be raised before the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act,

This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 by making appropriate application and if such application is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of within the time stipulated under the Act.
