The petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Engineer in Irrigation Department, 02.02.1979 and thereafter, was posted at different places and finally, retired from the post of Assistant Engineer, Rural Works Department, Benipatti Division, Darbhanga.

It appears that the petitioner has not been paid his other

Patna High Court CWJC No.475 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 retiral benefits, other than Group Insurance and G.P.F. amount. If the petitioner files a detailed representation before the Respondent No. 7, namely, the Executive Engineer, Rural Work Department, Benipatti Division, District- Madhubani, he would process the same and issue necessary instructions with respect to the payment of retiral benefits of the petitioner, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application is disposed of.
