Yesterday also, there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Dharmeshwar Mishra, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the Respondent/Bihar State Electricity Board is present and submits that in view of subsequent order passed in C.W.J.C.No.11665 of 2006, there is no need to keep the writ petition pending. However, since repeatedly none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
