JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atghmalgola PS Case No. 134 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion the petitioner was made accused. The girl has returned back herself and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She acknowledges that she left the home all alone as her father slapped her and boarded a train. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Paswan in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49956 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Barh (Patna) in connection with Athmalgola PS Case No. 134 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
