Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 273 of 2023 arising out of Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379, 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Satyendra Singh was killed by Nathuni Singh and others thereafter, the co-villagers followed the killers and the deceased in the present case was killed by the accused persons. It appears that the deceased was killed as a result of the killing of Satyendra Singh. The petitioners are in custody since 29.10.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28679 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S.Tr. No. 273 of 2023 arising out of Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022.
