The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In compliance of the order dated 28.06.2023, both the petitioner and the informant are present in the Court in person. The petitioner, at the outset, submits that he is willing to resume his conjugal life and he will keep the informant with honour and dignity.

The informant who is present also concurs and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28265 of 2022(9) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 submits that she is even willing to accompany the petitioner provided he keeps her with honour and dignity. The petitioner submits that he will take the informant from the Court itself, the informant is also willing to accompany him.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, in the event, the petitioner does not keeps her with honour and dignity.
