====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 16.9.2020.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 8.10.2021 it appears that out of ten witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined so far and the case is pending for examination of remaining witnesses.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody for two and a half years, let the trial be concluded as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
