Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 393 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 354B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that a week prior to the present complaint petitioner No. 2 had filed a complaint against the husband and other family members of the present complainant, so this present case was lodged. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Hare Kishun Paswan and Ram Babu Paswan @ Bambam in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52964 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Dalsingsarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 393 of 2016.
