This relates to grant of bail to the petitioner in Katoria P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

This petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and certain stolen articles were recovered on the disclosure made by this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 14-04-2020 and has got no criminal antecedent. However, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is not only named in the F.I.R., but certain stolen articles were also recovered on the disclosure made by him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25679 of 2020(5) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, same is rejected.
