JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kachhawa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2022.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28744 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 the petitioners, their period of custody, this application is allowed.
