The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 427, 188, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute which is pending in the court also in which order for maintaining status quo was passed by concerned Court. However, petitioners were residing on the aforesaid land which was being disturbed by the other side, therefore, altercation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37817 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 has taken place. Whereas allegation is that the petitioners tried to encircle the plot violating the court's order. It is also submitted that petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are ladies and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vikash Jha, J.M. 1st Class, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
