JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11588 of 2020 but due to Covid, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within time specified by the Court. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioners have filed the present modification application for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the reasons assigned in this modification application, the same is allowed. The petitioners are granted 15
