The Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar has passed an order contained in Annexure-12 which is dated 10.04.2014. By virtue of this order, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of recognition as a project school has been rejected for the reasons indicated therein.
Since grant of recognition of project school was not an ongoing process and the background under which they came to be established and the manner in which they were required to be
Patna High Court CWJC No.1396 of 2015 dt.05-01-2016 2 / 2 regulated and recognised has already been a matter of dispute before this Court which travelled right up till the Apex Court and issue settled. Now no direction can be issued in favour of the petitioners, since the impugned order does not suffer from any vice and states the correct position with regard to such recognition. Writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
