Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case nO.189/2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the petitioners had filed an informatory petition against the informant with respect to appointment of Aangan Wari Sevika due to that they have been falsely

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case No.189 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
