Petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that name of the has come on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.03.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30647 of 2020(6) dt.14-06-2021 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction ofACJM 1st Muzuffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2020.
