The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 87 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 323, 431 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and around 100 accused persons are said to have raised objectionable and anti-administrative slogan and played D.J. system despite forbading by the police party and tried to disturb the communal harmony.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25230 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 aforesaid occurrence. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. They were not apprehended on the spot. They happen to be mere member of the mob. They have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
