This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 354, 379 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant and her husband Ranjeet Roy. Serious injuries have been caused to Ranjeet Roy which are mentioned in the order of the Court below.

Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the injured, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the
