2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324/379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the daughter-in-law of the informant with Farsa on her head. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case due to land dispute between the parties, for which, Title Suit No. 133 of 2017 is pending before the learned Court below.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30250 of 2023(3) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S.
