2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 296 of 2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons named therein including the petitioner have assaulted the informant and his father, as a result of which, his father succumbed to his injuries.

4. Considering the nature of allegation alleged against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-

5. However, if petitioner surrenders before the District Court for seeking regular bail, in that case, the District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass necessary order on the basis of evidence collected in course of investigation.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed of.
