JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature and nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Sub Judge -cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2012 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
