Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nabinagar Police Station Case No. 287 of 2017 registered for the offences under sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners and the informant are resident of same village. The allegation of assault is omnibus against the petitioners. In the alleged occurrence, neither the informant nor his family members sustained any injury. It has been further submitted that allegation of snatching the ornament

No.57347 of 2017 (3) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 from the possession of the informant and his family member is also omnibus The petitioners are students and have been residing mostly out of their village in connection with study. There is no criminal antecedent against any of the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail is allowed and the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar Police Station Case No. 287 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
