JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307, 324 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is a case and counter case and both parties have sustained injuries.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners being variously armed with iron rod, spade

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.431 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 and farsa respectively assaulted upon the husband of the informant as a result of which he sustained as many as seven injuries, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
