JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and files a petition for grant of regular bail within four weeks from today, the learned trial court would consider the same and dispose off the same on the same day taking into account the fact that the only role assigned to the petitioner is taking the victim on his motorcycle to the station as also the fact that the victim girl has not made any allegation against the petitioner, either regarding outraging her modesty or committing any untoward incident as is apparent in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
