JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.03.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 3239 of 2018.

It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the original anticipatory bail petition, name of petitioner No. 6 has wrongly been mentioned as "Shabbier Hussain @ Shabbier Hussain Naqvi, son of Munu Hussain @ Syed Ali Amere" whereas it should have been "Syed Qambar Hussain @ Syed Qambar Hussain Naqvi @ Chhotu, son of late Syed Shakhawat Hussain". Accordingly, in the aforesaid order, the same mistake has occurred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of petitioner No.6 and his father's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29836 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 name in original anticipatory bail petition during course of the day. In such circumstances, let the name of petitioner No. 6 and his father's name in the cause title of order dated 29.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3239 of 2018, in place of "Shabbier Hussain @ Shabbier Hussain Naqvi, son of Munu Hussain @ Syed Ali Amere" be read as "Syed Qambar Hussain @ Syed Qambar Hussain Naqvi @ Chhotu, son of late Syed Shakhawat Hussain" The order dated 29.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3239 of 2018 is modified to the extent indicated above. In such circumstances, further four weeks' time is granted to the Petitioner from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to surrender before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 699 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 29.03.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.3239 of 2018.
