2. The petitioner apprehend her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant and her family members due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is a land dispute between the parties. He submits that the present case is counter version of Palanwa (Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023. He submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32437 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.78364 of 2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thouand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) durgesh/- U T
