JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard Sri Dhirendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.N. Shukla, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Prem Chandra Yadav, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant.

Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the Explosive Substance Act have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was case and counter case and there is no specific accusation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.701 of 2016 (3) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 against the petitioners. He has further argued that out of the F.I.R. named accused persons two accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge whereas, on examination of the F.I.R. it is evident that there is specific accusation against both the petitioners. In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
