Petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence under sections 412, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of vehicle.
