2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 384, 406, 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 504 of I. P . C .

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he sold the land to the informant for amount of Rs 7 lakh without disclosing the previous sale of the same land which was sold by the petitioner in favour of other co-accused
