1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Araria vide order dated 20.01.2023 passed in A.B.P. No.3337 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28714 of 2023(4) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 with Araria P.S. Case No.658 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.658 of 2022.
